Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to oversee a remote inside sales team in the St. Louis Metro Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote inside sales team focused on customer support, order processing, and account management
• Drive consistent execution across quoting, order entry, and service responsiveness
• Build and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programs

Required Qualifications

• Proven inside sales management experience, including leading a team of inside sales representatives
• Experience managing a remote inside sales group and maintaining accountability across locations
• Strong background in training, coaching, and onboarding inside sales teams
• Industry experience within industrial products and distribution environments
• Comfortable operating in a reactive selling model with a strong emphasis on order processing and customer execution
