Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Account Managers (SAMs) to achieve sales goals
  • Evaluate SAM performance and implement improvement plans based on sales and margin growth
  • Assist in hiring, training, and coaching new SAMs while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or proven track record in inside sales leadership
  • 3+ years of inside sales leadership experience, with preference for candidates with 8+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills in coaching, motivation, and team building
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal partners
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
