Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the work of a medium sized team or multiple small inside sales teams
  • Ensure Account Representatives consistently achieve 100% of sales targets and quota goals
  • Develop and execute long term operational plans that include financial, organizational, and business growth considerations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or revenue generating sales roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of people management experience, leading sales professionals, team leads, or associate managers
  • Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Experience driving operational planning, account strategy execution, and sales forecasting
  • Experience coordinating resources across sales, partner, and marketing organizations
