Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Inside Sales Representatives, focusing on coaching and performance management
• Oversee team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, ensuring sales objectives are met
• Monitor daily sales activities and collaborate on territory division and sales execution strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in building and managing an inside sales team
• Proven track record in driving high volume and complex sales
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
