Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager, Events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives focused on event sponsorship and participation revenue
- Manage the event sales pipeline and drive consistent pipeline generation to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and event production teams to align sales strategies with event positioning
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a management role
- Experience selling events, sponsorships, or media solutions
- Proven track record of managing revenue targets and delivering against quotas
- Strong experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot
