Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager for the Southwest territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and convert new professional stylist accounts while driving competitor brand conversions
• Convert interactions into sales and achieve new account acquisition and reactivation goals
• Maintain territory penetration and support vacant territories by driving revenue and developing accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying Inside Sales or new business acquisition experience
• Demonstrated success in new account development and high-volume outreach
• Strong understanding of hair extension categories preferred
• Proficient in CRM systems; experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify is a plus
