Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager - Early Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieves quarterly and annual lead generation goals
  • Develops sales cadence and collaborates with Business Development Directors to fill the sales funnel
  • Maintains client relationships and manages customer expectations through effective communication
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, Life Sciences, Business Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management
  • 2 or more years of experience in clinical research, business development, or medical sales
  • Familiarity with non-clinical research regulations (GLP/ICH) or drug development processes
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data management systems
