Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager for the Southeast AL/MS region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and convert new professional stylist accounts and drive competitor brand conversions
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach to build a strong sales pipeline and re-engage dormant accounts
• Maintain territory penetration by contacting assigned accounts monthly to uncover opportunities for revenue growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying Inside Sales or new business acquisition experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• Demonstrated success in new account development and high-volume outreach
• Strong understanding of hair extension categories preferred
• Proficient in CRM systems; NetSuite and/or Shopify experience is a plus
