Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will coach, develop, and drive pipeline creation while ensuring opportunities are properly qualified and advanced in a remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives through regular coaching and performance check-ins
- Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy, ensuring opportunities are properly qualified and advanced
- Enforce consistent sales processes and collaborate with Field Sales, SDRs, and Marketing for alignment
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- Prior experience managing or leading inside sales teams is preferred
- Demonstrated success in qualifying and closing opportunities, not just generating leads
- Strong deal coaching and pipeline inspection skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
