Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will focus on coaching, pipeline management, and driving revenue growth while ensuring a hands-on approach to deal execution in a remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy, ensuring proper qualification of opportunities and coaching reps on deal strategies
- Enforce consistent sales processes and collaborate with Field Sales, SDRs, and Marketing for effective alignment and handoffs
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- Prior experience managing or leading inside sales teams is preferred
- Demonstrated success in qualifying and closing opportunities, not just generating leads
- Strong deal coaching and pipeline inspection skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
