Job Summary
Leading a remote team of Business Inside Sales associates, the full-time salaried Inside Sales Manager will drive sales performance, coach team members, and manage key metrics to exceed revenue targets and enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience
- Monitor performance metrics and create action plans to address gaps and drive results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support business growth
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 5+ years of sales leadership or business sales experience preferred
- Experience in coaching and developing sales associates to meet performance goals
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM tools preferred
