Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Development Representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will drive pipeline generation, oversee lead qualification, and enhance outbound prospecting strategies across North America and Latin America while collaborating with regional sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Development Representatives
- Own regional account development performance and pipeline contribution targets, ensuring rapid follow-up on marketing-generated leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account development activities with business priorities and optimize lead management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales development or related commercial roles
- 3+ years of experience in people leadership within sales development teams
- Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or related scientific markets
- Strong understanding of lead management and pipeline generation metrics
