Job Summary
Generating and converting high-value commercial opportunities, the full-time Inside Sales and Marketing Manager will independently manage the sales cycle, execute targeted lead generation campaigns, and maintain CRM systems while working remotely in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify and convert prospects into revenue-generating engagements
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate records and generate reports on pipeline activity
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns and manage digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn and the company website
Required qualifications
- Results-driven inside sales execution with strong pipeline management discipline
- Scientific literacy with the ability to translate complex information into compelling messaging
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of B2B inside sales or marketing experience in life sciences or clinical research
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot
