Job Summary

Driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships, the full-time remote Inside Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of Health & Wellness accounts across North America, focusing on account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of H&W accounts, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the H&W growth plan
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and coordinated execution
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, microbiology, food science, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management, preferably in functional ingredients
  • Experience related to Biotics is valuable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization
