Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships, the full-time remote Inside Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of Health & Wellness accounts across North America, focusing on account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of H&W accounts, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the H&W growth plan
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and coordinated execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, microbiology, food science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management, preferably in functional ingredients
- Experience related to Biotics is valuable
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization
