Job Summary
Leading and growing a remote Inside Sales team, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will coach Inside Sales Associates to convert inbound homeowner interest into qualified appointments for Licensed Real Estate Agents while managing team performance and pipeline health.
Key responsibilities
- Coach the team through live call reviews and regular 1:1s to enhance appointment-setting conversion
- Track team performance metrics and develop action plans to improve pipeline conversion rates
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Inside Sales Associates while collaborating with other managers to share best practices
Required qualifications
- At least 2+ years of direct management experience in inside sales or business development
- Experience coaching sales representatives through structured feedback methods
- Familiarity with Salesforce; experience with Looker or phone systems is a plus
- Strong ability to provide direct feedback and represent the team to senior leadership
