Job Summary

Leading a team of Account Development Representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will drive pipeline generation, oversee lead qualification, and implement outbound prospecting strategies to support commercial growth across North America and Latin America.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Development Representatives while establishing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Own regional account development performance, ensuring rapid follow-up on marketing-generated leads and driving outbound prospecting aligned with strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to optimize lead quality, improve conversion metrics, and enhance overall operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or related commercial roles
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing sales development teams
  • Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or related scientific markets
  • Strong understanding of lead management and pipeline generation metrics, along with proficiency in Salesforce CRM
