Job Summary
Building and leading a new inside sales function, the full-time remote Inside Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, establish processes, and manage a team of Enrollment Advisors to convert inbound marketing leads into enrolled participants across Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Enrollment Advisors, conducting daily coaching sessions and monitoring performance metrics
- Design and implement the inside sales playbook, including call guides and objection handling processes
- Own and report on conversion metrics, ensuring effective tracking and optimization of lead management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field, or substantial professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in complex, consultative sales, particularly in healthcare or related fields
- Proven ability to build and enforce structured sales processes and metrics
- Strong CRM proficiency and ability to define system requirements for sales operations
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment, capable of managing ambiguity while building processes
