Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound and/or inbound call center programs, serving as a liaison between clients, internal resources/departments, and outside vendors
• Ensure client objectives are met or exceeded, including program implementation, training, call monitoring, and reporting
• Supervise and manage team(s) of Healthcare Communicators and/or Licensed Healthcare Communicators

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Project management experience in a healthcare-related setting preferred
• Five years of supervisory experience within a Call Center operation
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, call management systems, and client-specific software
