Inside Sales Manager (Canada)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager (Canada).

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and convert new professional stylist accounts while driving competitor brand conversions
• Convert interactions into high-quality sales and achieve new account acquisition goals
• Maintain territory penetration by contacting assigned accounts monthly and supporting vacant territories

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of inside sales or new business acquisition experience, preferably in beauty or stylist-driven industries
• Fluency in French and English is required
• Strong understanding of hair extension categories preferred
• Proficient in CRM systems; experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify is a plus
