Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales OCI Replenishments Expert for the Department of War.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure replenishments process for Department of War accounts, ensuring high renewal rates
• Engage with customers to reinforce Oracle's cloud value proposition and identify upsell opportunities
• Provide ongoing account management and guidance, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inside sales, cloud renewals/replenishments, or account management, preferably with federal clients
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle for renewals or replenishments
• Experience in building relationships and closing cloud/technology deals
• Familiarity with the federal market or Department of War is advantageous
• Proficiency in managing sales activities within CRM and sales platforms
