Inside Sales Rental Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Rental Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop leads through prospect marketing and telephone solicitation, assessing customer needs and creating proposals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring quality service and handling complaints effectively
• Manage proposal and contract development, maintain customer files, and ensure compliance with company procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
• Two years of sales experience or equivalent training with a high school degree, or up to one year with a Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the transportation and logistics industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM systems preferred
