Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their remote team in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to investors via phone to discuss the company's value proposition and product offerings, making a minimum of 200 dials a day
  • Overcome objections and negotiate solutions while building trust with investors to understand their needs
  • Meet and exceed required sales targets based on investor deposits upon sign-up
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • 1+ years of CRM management experience, ideally in real estate or lead generation
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) and Airtable
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to hear and talk on a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day
