Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will manage the full sales cycle and close recurring subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect through 150+ outbound calls daily and engage decision-makers
  • Run full-cycle sales including rapport building, discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
  • Maintain a clean CRM, manage follow-ups, and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or closing role
  • Proven ability to close deals rather than just set appointments
  • Experience in a high-activity environment with 150+ calls per day
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.com
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work independently from home
