Job Summary
Working remotely from the Central or Eastern region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage client pipelines, and consistently achieve monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners regarding Yelp advertising programs
- Manage a diverse pipeline of clients using CRM tools while mastering quick close techniques to exceed sales goals
- Track daily metrics and performance to ensure consistent achievement of monthly quotas
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily without fear of rejection
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
- Current US work authorization is required
