Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities within their Careers category.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various outreach methods
- Consult with prospects to understand their hiring challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the entire sales process from outreach to contract execution and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, business development, or account executive experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Motivated and proactive with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with recruitment advertising or job boards is beneficial but not required
