Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities within their Careers category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various outreach methods
  • Consult with prospects to understand their hiring challenges and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the entire sales process from outreach to contract execution and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales, business development, or account executive experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Motivated and proactive with strong time management skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment advertising or job boards is beneficial but not required
