Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team and engage with members to drive sales and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing members to increase program awareness and sales
- Assist with dues calls to maximize member retention
- Update membership records in Salesforce and create analytical reports
Required Qualifications
- College Degree preferred or minimum 2 years customer service experience required
- Previous telephone sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is helpful
- Goal-oriented and action-focused
- Ability to multi-task and apply an analytical approach
