Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Growth Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound prospecting to identify, qualify, and nurture leads within assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored strategies for revenue growth within assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles with a proven sales track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving measurable results
- Ability to manage all aspects of the job in a remote environment
