Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Debt Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate potential members and close sales
• Complete applications, pull credit, and collaborate with underwriting teams for smooth enrollment

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful call center sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a track record of exceeding sales goals
• Ability to effectively manage schedule and lead database to meet metrics and goals
