Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the Eastern USA region, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships through communication
• Manage leads from various sources and qualify them before passing to the sales team
• Assist with administrative tasks such as order management, contract submissions, and maintaining customer information

Required Qualifications

• College or University Degree
• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a similar industry
• Highly motivated and self-disciplined
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be bilingual (English/French)
