Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Inbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders for diagnostic products and supplies through various channels
• Establish credibility with veterinary customers and recommend additional products and services
• Answer inquiries regarding product orders, shipping, and online platforms

Required Qualifications and Education

• Sales, customer service, and/or customer-facing experience
• Prior phone experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment
• Understanding of the veterinary diagnostic market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific discipline is a plus
