Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to engage new and existing customers through phone-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers through cold calling and proactive prospecting to sell a portfolio of solutions
• Develop prospecting strategies for dedicated account lists to uncover new business opportunities
• Operate in a structured selling environment with a focus on high-volume outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based or B2B sales environment
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong aptitude to learn new systems
• Hunter mentality with a drive to exceed monthly sales quotas
