Key Responsibilities

• Make 80+ outbound and inbound calls daily to customers
• Engage with buyers and sellers to communicate the company's value proposition
• Uncover customer needs and close referrals to the partner network

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, inside sales, or call center experience preferred
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-starter who is adaptable and eager to learn new skills
• Real estate or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
