Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Business Development Representative to join their team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research and engagement
  • Re-engage lost or dissatisfied accounts and execute strategies to prevent churn
  • Collaborate with marketing and product training teams to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and opportunity-generation targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage high volumes of outbound activity
  • Experience negotiating effectively to reacquire lost business
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement platforms
