Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their Commercial Sales group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a full-cycle sales process including prospect identification, solution positioning, and closing new business
- Engage prospects with a consultative mindset to align the company's capabilities with customer needs
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and deliver high-impact presentations that translate technical features into real-world results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Ability to achieve targets and maintain good organizational skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
