Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage a defined book of business and drive renewal and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of low-ARR accounts through structured cadence management and scaled touchpoints
- Own the full renewal cycle from engagement to negotiation and close, meeting quarterly and annual quotas
- Develop and execute account-based strategies to expand the company's footprint within the territory
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales or account-management experience with a record of exceeding targets
- Proven ability to manage a large book of business while balancing retention and growth objectives
- Experience leading renewals and driving customer retention strategies
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Salesforce, and Gong
- High drive and organizational discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
