Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Win new business and manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and sales enablement tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Conduct product demonstrations and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of full-cycle sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is required or strongly preferred
  • Competitive and self-motivated with a strong connection between activity levels and outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and client requirements simultaneously
