Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative (Remote - U.S. / EST Hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage warm inbound prospects using consultative sales conversations and scripts
- Lead value-based presentations to build trust and guide customers to solutions
- Meet and exceed performance targets for sales, quality, compliance, and conversion metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of B2C inside sales experience in credit, lending, financial services, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial wellness topics such as credit repair and lending
- Comfortable with scripted, compliance-driven processes and structured workflows
- Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems during live calls
- Access to required technology prior to training start date
