Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their Commercial Sales group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a full-cycle sales process, including prospect identification, solution positioning, and closing new business
  • Engage prospects with a consultative mindset to uncover operational challenges and align solutions
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting and opportunity updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
