Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their Commercial Sales group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a full-cycle sales process, including prospect identification, solution positioning, and closing new business
- Engage prospects with a consultative mindset to uncover operational challenges and align solutions
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting and opportunity updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Ability to achieve targets
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
