Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in fitness education certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 120-200 outbound calls daily to prospective students and conduct high-energy phone consultations
- Manage sales pipeline through a CRM and close sales within a short cycle using ethical persuasion
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets while collaborating with peers to improve sales processes
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment
- Ability to sustain high activity levels (120-200+ dials per day)
- Experience with short-cycle or one-call closes (same day to 7 days)
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup with shift-based schedules
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
