Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in fitness education certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 120-200 outbound calls daily to prospective students and conduct high-energy phone consultations
  • Manage sales pipeline through a CRM and close sales within a short cycle using ethical persuasion
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets while collaborating with peers to improve sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment
  • Ability to sustain high activity levels (120-200+ dials per day)
  • Experience with short-cycle or one-call closes (same day to 7 days)
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote setup with shift-based schedules
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
