Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the Health Coach (HCI) Course.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the Health Coach (HCI) course by making 150+ calls daily to prospective students
• Engage with students using discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to drive one-call closes
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of phone-based, high-volume inside sales experience
• Prior experience with CRM systems
• Personal passion for fitness and a desire to help others
• Money motivated with a competitive nature in sales
• Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
