Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to achieve sales and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound residential leads and close sales for new and existing customers
• Achieve monthly quotas for new units, RMR, and bookings
• Support lead generation through various outbound and inbound campaigns

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred sales experience
• Able to obtain and maintain state licenses and technical certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and company-specific software (Microsoft D365)
• Knowledge of security system design and troubleshooting
• Ability to work remotely without distraction
