Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound calls into confirmed vehicle service appointments
• Achieve and exceed KPIs for conversion rates, upsells, cross-sells, and revenue goals
• Provide VIP customer service, ensuring trust and loyalty in every interaction

Required Qualifications

• Sales Development / Call Center / Inside Sales experience
• Experience handling high call volumes (75-100+ calls/day)
• Ability to influence and close sales through consultative, trust-based selling
• Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational skills
• Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM)
