Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to achieve sales objectives and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account issues while collaborating with sales representatives
• Consult with management on margin settings and monitor competitive pricing
• Prepare formal quotes and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role in a large manufacturing company
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to EST and CST time zones
• Occasional travel for business meetings or training may be required
