Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative- Fitness Education Certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 120-200 outbound calls daily to prospective students
• Conduct phone consultations to identify goals and recommend training programs
• Manage sales pipeline through a CRM and close sales within a short cycle

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment
• Ability to sustain high activity levels with 120-200+ dials per day
• Experience with short-cycle or one-call closes
• Comfort with shift-based schedules in a fully remote setup
• Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
