Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - High-Volume Outbound to drive new business growth through high-volume outbound phone activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound phone activity daily using provided prospect lists
- Set qualified meetings and demos for senior sales leadership
- Document activity and meetings in CRM, following structured call cadences
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a high call-volume environment
- Currently employed in a role involving daily outbound phone prospecting
- Demonstrated success in setting meetings or demos from outbound phone activity
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, medical device, or adjacent regulated industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
