Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - High-Volume Outbound to drive new business growth through high-volume outbound phone activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound phone activity daily using provided prospect lists
  • Set qualified meetings and demos for senior sales leadership
  • Document activity and meetings in CRM, following structured call cadences
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a high call-volume environment
  • Currently employed in a role involving daily outbound phone prospecting
  • Demonstrated success in setting meetings or demos from outbound phone activity
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, medical device, or adjacent regulated industries preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
