Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert qualified leads into customers
• Schedule customer installations and collect activation payments at the point of sale
• Document customer information and sales activity in CRM systems while maintaining compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous inside sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Experience in selling home security or subscription-based services is advantageous
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM systems
