Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and develop customer relationships remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 15-30 outbound calls daily to develop new business and increase customer share
• Process customer orders and inquiries for pricing, information, and product availability
• Identify and resolve customer issues while providing product and service information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years prior call center experience in a related field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to learn company systems
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
