Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries
• Manage and maintain Ontario-based accounts while identifying sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales and/or customer service
• Strong understanding of Canadian geography, particularly Ontario
• Self-motivated, energetic, and sales-driven mindset
• Aggressive and enthusiastic approach toward achieving sales goals
• Must have a dedicated workspace at home for remote work transition
