Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to educate homeowners on solar benefits and qualify leads
Schedule free consultations for the outside sales team
Close deals effectively over the phone

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred
Must possess a strong sales mentality and closing skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Availability from Thursdays to Monday, including weekends
