Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative, Affinity (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Authorize and make initial contact with new Lump Sum/Limited Benefit customers
• Review customer needs and connect them with appropriate services and suppliers
• Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure revenue collection

Required Qualifications

• Passionate about sales and customer-oriented
• Motivated by a high variable compensation structure
• High School diploma and some college education required
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exhibits good organizational and time management skills
